A mountain expedition depends on logistics long before anyone ties in. Loads must reach base camp, food must last, and the team needs reliable support from the road to the mountain and back.

This concept supports expeditions on peaks up to roughly 6,000 m. The team coordinates planning, mountain or trek guides where appropriate, porters and food, and helps coordinate climbing permits, which are issued by the Gilgit-Baltistan Tourism Department.
