Filming in Gilgit-Baltistan means moving people and equipment along mountain roads, between valleys with limited accommodation, and in conditions that can change a schedule overnight. This concept brings the practical side of a shoot together under one local team so the crew can concentrate on the work.
The team can coordinate vehicles, rooms, meals, guides and porters for locations off the road, and help the production understand which permissions it may need. Permissions themselves are granted by the relevant authorities; the team helps coordinate, it does not issue them.

Planning information
- High passes and remote valleys are seasonal; some locations are only reachable in summer
- Flights into Gilgit and Skardu are weather-dependent, so the road via the Karakoram Highway should be part of the plan
- Foreign productions should confirm current federal and local filming permissions well in advance
- Filming people and private or religious sites needs local consent and cultural sensitivity
