Rush Peak (also called Rush Pari) rises above Rush Lake, one of the highest alpine lakes in Pakistan. The usual approach leaves Hopar in Nagar and crosses the Hopar (Bualtar) and Barpu glacier systems over several days.
It is generally climbed as the high point of the Rush Lake trek. That makes it a bridge between trekking and mountaineering: a first summit of around 5,000 m rather than a technical expedition. Sources report broad views of the high Karakoram from the top.
